I love empowering learners to be confident and competent! As an accomplished learning leader with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in modern instructional design and development, focusing on creating customized learning solutions that drive measurable results.

Throughout my career, I have honed skills in analysis, effective communication, time management, agile project management, and learning data & analytics. I have successfully designed, developed, executed, and managed numerous training programs and initiatives, demonstrating my ability to lead teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and connect learning to business goals.

More About Me

I enjoy all aspects of learning and development: design and development, facilitation, leading teams and projects, process and performance improvement, curriculum mapping, measuring behavior change, creating learning communities, and creating simple and relevant learning solutions for key performance indicators. My specialty is training and learning reinforcement - ask me about it!

My love for learning has guided me all my life, from teaching English in South America to training healthcare software with anesthesiologists in Spain and Canada. Bonnie (my furry office assistant) and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. We are Swifties that love hiking, traveling, and cooking. We’re currently learning how to use AI to work smarter (and to have some fun, too!).
